1. Open:

Members of the public are welcome to speak to any item not specifically listed on tonight's agenda for up to (3) three minutes. For those items which are on tonight's agenda, the public will have the opportunity to comment at the time the item is discussed. In either case, please complete the Audience Participation form and turn it in to the Village Clerk. It is requested that, if possible, one spokesman for a group be appointed to present the views of the entire group. Speakers who are recognized are requested to step to a microphone and state their name, their topic and the group, if any, they are representing prior to addressing the Village Board. Individuals wishing to address the Board shall exercise proper decorum and respect for the proceedings and the business of the Village Board, and shall refrain from abusive demeanor and language. The practice of ceding time to other speakers shall be prohibited, except in the discretion of the presiding officer of the meeting. Public officials are not obligated to respond to questions.

E. Consent Agenda - The following items are considered routine business by the Village Board and will be approved in a single vote in the form listed below:

Motion to approve the following items (Trustee Pryde):

1. Approve and Authorize the Village Manager to Execute the Award of Contracts in Partnership with DuPage County Procurement Services, which is an Authorized Exception in the Purchasing Policy of the Municipal Code, to Detroit Salt Company LLC of Detroit, MI, for the Purchase of 500 Tons of Early Delivery Bulk Rock Salt, in an Amount not to Exceed $41,000 to be Expensed to the Motor Fuel Tax Fund and to Compass Minerals America Inc. of Overland Park, KS for the Purchase of 1,600 to 2,600 Tons of Regular Delivery Bulk Rock Salt, as needed, in an Amount not to Exceed $216,000, to be Expensed to the Motor Fuel Tax Fund and to Compass Minerals America Inc. of Overland Park, KS for the Purchase 400 Tons of Emergency Bulk Rock Salt, if needed, in an Amount not to Exceed $42,000, to be Expensed to the Motor Fuel Tax Fund (Assistant Public Works Director Buckley)

2. Ordinance No. 6699, An Ordinance Authorizing the Approval of Real Estate Conveyance and Easement Agreements with AIM Duane, LLC, 493 Duane Street, LLC, and MJR Properties, LLC, concerning the Alley Bounded by Duane Street and Glenwood Avenue (Community Development Director Springer)

3. Resolution 19-10, A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Intergovernmental Police Service Assistance Agreement to Join the DuPage Metropolitan Emergency Response and Investigation Team (MERIT) (Police Chief Norton)

F. 2018 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (Presented by Finance Director Coyle) (Trustee Fasules)

1. Finance Director Christina Coyle and Jamie Wilkey from Lauterbach and Amen, LLP will present the December 31, 2018 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

2. Motion to accept the Village's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2018

1. A Village Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 24, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Galligan Board Room of the Glen Ellyn Civic Center.

2. A Special Village Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 8, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the Galligan Board Room of the Glen Ellyn Civic Center.
