The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. John C. D'Amico (D-15) on Jan. 31, "congratulates all of the award-winning brewers and all of the brewers across the State of Illinois for bringing national recognition to the quality of their brews and for contributing to the vibrancy of our neighborhoods and communities," according to the General Assembly website.
