Illinois General Assembly: HR169 Assigned to Appropriations-Elementary & Secondary Education Committee

The following action was taken on March 12 in the House on House bill HR169 ("invest in kids act pilot prog"): "Assigned to Appropriations-Elementary & Secondary Education Committee."

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Brad Halbrook (R-102) on March 6, "urges the United States Congress to approve the Education Freedom Scholarships and Opportunity Act, so that children and their families are able to make decision about education that are most beneficial," according to the General Assembly website.
