Illinois General Assembly: HB2308 actions on May 21

The following actions were taken on May 21 in the House on House bill HB2308 ("crim pro-no contact-victim"): "Passed Both Houses", "Third Reading - Passed", "Added as Alternate Chief Co-Sponsor Sen. Dan McConchie" and "Added as Alternate Chief Co-Sponsor Sen. Jason Plummer".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Patrick Windhorst (R-118) on Feb. 8, "amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963," according to the General Assembly website.
