8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF THE VILLAGE CODE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CLASS “E-4” LIQUOR LICENSES FOR SDRP INC. D/B/A ELIO PIZZA ON FIRE LOCATED AT 520 W. LAKE STREET, UNIT F (2ND LOCATION)

At their meeting on April 15th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code to increase the number of Class “E-4” liquor licenses for Elio Pizza on Fire located at 520 W. Lake Street, Unit F. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the April 15th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE

DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on April 15th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the disposal of surplus property owned by the Village. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the April 15th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TRAFFIC

REGULATIONS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON FOR “NO PARKING” ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NATIONAL AVENUE NORTHEAST OF CAPITOL DRIVE

At their meeting on April 22nd, the Public Health, Safety & Judicial Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends traffic regulations within the Village for a “No Parking” restriction on the north side of National Avenue northeast of Capitol Drive. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE PRE-

ANNEXATION AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR CHARLEMAGNE DEVELOPMENT LLC

At their meeting on April 22nd, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which repeals the Pre-Annexation and Planned Unit Development agreement for Charlemagne Development LLC. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REZONING

AND A SPECIAL USE FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH EXCEPTIONS FOR ALEXANDRA POINTE OF ADDISON AT 1100 W. LAKE STREET

At their meeting on April 22nd, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves the rezoning and a special use for a Planned Unit Development with exceptions for Alexandra Pointe of Addison at 1100 W. Lake Street. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

DEVELOPMENT PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR ALEXANDRA POINTE OF ADDISON, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. O-06-98

At their meeting on April 22nd, the Building, Zoning & Development Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a Planned Unit Development Plat of Resubdivision for Alexandra Pointe of Addison, and repeals Ordinance No. O-06- 98. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

g) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 OF

THE VILLAGE CODE TO DECREASE THE NUMBER OF CLASS “E-5” LIQUOR LICENSES FOR SEERY ATHLONE BREWING, INC.

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter 3 of the Village Code to decrease the number of Class “E-5” Liquor Licenses for Seery Athlone Brewing Inc. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

h) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING CONTINUATION OF ADDISON CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER SERVICE FOR THE PLEASANTVIEW FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves continuation of Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center Service for the Pleasantview Fire Protection District. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

COMPENSATION SYSTEM FOR THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON EMPLOYEES

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which amends the Compensation System for certain Village of Addison employees. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

j) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON AND THE ADDISON FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT FOR HYDRANT MAINTENANCE

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which approves an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Addison and the Addison Fire Protection District for hydrant maintenance. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
