Wood Dale home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Wood Dale fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 2.8% decrease over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Wood Dale in the first quarter of 2017.
