Lombard home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lombard fell by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,750 - a 7.7% decrease over the $213,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in Lombard in the first quarter of 2017.
