Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Bensenville in DuPage County rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Bensenville in the first quarter of 2017.
