Addison home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Addison rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 4.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Addison in the first quarter of 2017.
