Woodridge (DuPage County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Woodridge in DuPage County fell by $20,375 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,625 - a 7.4% decrease over the $276,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 71 homes sold in Woodridge in the first quarter of 2017.
