York Center home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in York Center rose by $1,235 while total sales remained unchanged with 26 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,235 - a 0.8% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in York Center in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
