Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Bensenville in DuPage County rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Bensenville in the second quarter of 2016.
