Winfield home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Winfield fell by $3,750 while total sales increased by 48.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,250 - a 1.2% decrease over the $302,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Winfield in the second quarter of 2016.
