Wheaton home prices unchanged in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Wheaton was unchanged while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 281 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000. There were 270 homes sold in Wheaton in the second quarter of 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $310,000.
