Elmhurst (DuPage County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Elmhurst in DuPage County fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 24.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 276 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 2.5% decrease over the $395,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Elmhurst in the second quarter of 2016.
