Wayne (DuPage County) home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Wayne in DuPage County rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $448,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $407,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wayne in the second quarter of 2016.
