Oak Brook (DuPage County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Oak Brook in DuPage County fell by $11,750 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $720,250 - a 1.6% decrease over the $732,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Oak Brook in the second quarter of 2016.
