Hanover Park (DuPage County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Hanover Park in DuPage County rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Hanover Park in the first quarter of 2016.
