Glendale Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Glendale Heights rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,500 - a 0.6% increase over the $162,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Glendale Heights in the first quarter of 2016.
