Villa Park home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Villa Park rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $194,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Villa Park in the first quarter of 2016.
