Lisle home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Lisle rose by $1,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 0.6% increase over the $256,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Lisle in the first quarter of 2016.
