Winfield home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Winfield rose by $34,250 while total sales increased by 31.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $257,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Winfield in the first quarter of 2016.
