Glen Ellyn home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Glen Ellyn fell by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,500 - a 20.6% decrease over the $412,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Glen Ellyn in the first quarter of 2016.
