West Chicago home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in West Chicago fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $158,500 - a 15.9% decrease over the $188,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in West Chicago in February 2017.
