Naperville (DuPage County) home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $39,300 while total sales decreased by 42.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 13.5% increase over the $290,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Naperville in February 2017.
