Hanover Park (DuPage County) home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Hanover Park in DuPage County fell by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $179,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Hanover Park in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Hanover Park for 2017 was $5,333.76. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,102.10. This marks an increase of 4.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.5%.
