Aurora (DuPage County) home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Aurora in DuPage County rose by $18,600 while total sales decreased by 22.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,350 - a 9.4% increase over the $198,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Aurora in November 2016.

The median sales tax in Aurora for 2017 was $5,688.86. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,498.90. This marks an increase of 3.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
