Addison home prices unchanged in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Addison was unchanged while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000. There were 35 homes sold in Addison in November 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $225,000.

The median sales tax in Addison for 2017 was $5,239.64. In 2016, the median sales tax was $5,123.10. This marks an increase of 2.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.3%.
