Winfield home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Winfield rose by $74,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Winfield in November 2016.
