Wood Dale home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Wood Dale fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 11.6% decrease over the $259,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Wood Dale in August 2016.
