Woodridge (DuPage County) home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Woodridge in DuPage County fell by $4,250 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 1.7% decrease over the $243,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Woodridge in August 2016.

The median sales tax in Woodridge for 2017 was $6,627.59. In 2016, the median sales tax was $6,510.30. This marks an increase of 1.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.8%.
