St. Charles (DuPage County) home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in St. Charles in DuPage County rose by $19,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 10.4% increase over the $188,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in St. Charles in June 2016, as well.
