Darien home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Darien fell by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 42.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 10.9% decrease over the $269,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Darien in June 2016.
