Glenbard South home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Glenbard South rose by $80,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,000 - a 25.5% increase over the $314,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Glenbard South in June 2016.
