Warrenville home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Warrenville fell by $65,000 while total sales increased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 24.5% decrease over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Warrenville in April 2016.
