Glen Ellyn home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Glen Ellyn fell by $750 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $389,250 - a 0.2% decrease over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Glen Ellyn in April 2016.
