Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Bensenville in DuPage County fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $178,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bensenville in March 2016.
