Warrenville home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Warrenville rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $176,250 - a 12.4% increase over the $156,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Warrenville in March 2016.
