Carol Stream home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Carol Stream rose by $400 while total sales decreased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $199,900 - a 0.2% increase over the $199,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Carol Stream in March 2016.
