Roselle (DuPage County) home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Roselle in DuPage County fell by $12,000 while total sales increased by 19%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 5.7% decrease over the $212,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Roselle in March 2016.
