West Chicago home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in West Chicago rose by $46,350 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,850 - a 24.2% increase over the $191,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in West Chicago in March 2016.
