Bloomingdale home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Bloomingdale rose by $5,000 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Bloomingdale in March 2016.
