Woodridge (DuPage County) home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Woodridge in DuPage County rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 61.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $261,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Woodridge in March 2016.
