Hinsdale (DuPage County) home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Hinsdale in DuPage County rose by $268,000 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $975,500 - a 37.9% increase over the $707,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Hinsdale in March 2016.
