Bensenville (DuPage County) home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Bensenville in DuPage County rose by $14,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $141,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Bensenville in February 2016, as well.
