Wood Dale home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Wood Dale fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,250 - a 1.5% decrease over the $203,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Wood Dale in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Wood Dale for 2017 was $4,864.34. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,666.30. This marks an increase of 4.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.4%.
