Roselle (DuPage County) home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Roselle in DuPage County rose by $70,500 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 41.1% increase over the $171,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Roselle in February 2016.
