Clarendon Hills home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Clarendon Hills rose by $184,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,500 - a 78% increase over the $236,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Clarendon Hills in February 2016.
