Medinah home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Medinah rose by $120,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 33.6% increase over the $357,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Medinah in February 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Medinah for 2017 was $6,665.22. In 2016, the median sales tax was $6,450.60. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.4%.
