state senator candidate Chris Nybo returns $3,700 contribution from Barbara Nybo

The campaign committee of state senator candidate Chris Nybo, Citizens for Chris Nybo, returned a $3,700 contribution from Barbara Nybo on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Nybo has not made any other contributions to Chris Nybo in the past 12 months.
